Hello Artist! I need a new character but have run out of ideas Dx I need a great amazing artist to make me this character!

He must have-
Scene Hair/Skater cut with a hat
Piercings
Dark and some rainbow colors ;3
Amazing looks
Dog Tags (like the ones people in the army wear <3 my Uncle is in the Army and this character is to him)
Chains(not a lot)
A bandana
big fluffly tails are a win ;3
Other amazing things! <3

I don't mind if you use a line art <3
Also, like I said, this wolf will be shown to my uncle so if you want, put something with the army on it <3 I love the men and women fighting for us <3
