yes , I have made images into avatars before . you load it onto something , a program or website , for example , that enables you to change the dimension to 100x100 .

ANOUNCMENT: My brother has refused to do Art. I will be finishing his un finished Art Work and will be taking all of the nex orders. I am not a Professional like he is, I am Semi Pro.
