RULES/TOS:
- ☆ - Under no circumstances will you steal, or trace my artwork and claim it as your own. You must not use my artwork for commercial use and/or, train any generative AI programs as well. this is an insult to myself and my clients and will result being blacklisted from my art shop as well as any other art requests/trades from me.
☆ - Understand that I do have a full-time and part-time job which will hinder my time to complete your commissions. I will communicate a rough estimate on when I should finish your order if asked. You are free to ask for updates at any time.
☆ - Please communicate with me about any changes you would like during the drawing process. I am willing to change poses, expressions etc; at no extra cost but I would suggest you tell me any changes at the rough sketch stage. I can only make small tweaks to the final render.
☆ - Please send in CS trade payments within 72 hours or your slot will be moved down the list or removed.
☆ - I will be accepting payment after your piece/pieces are finished. But in exchange, I will only be sending lower quality drawing updates until the final product. I will provide a PDF if you request it and it is done off Oekaki. You will be added to the drawing if it is drawn on Oekaki. If you wish to negotiate different terms feel free.
☆ - I have the right to deny or cancel any commissions at any time. This will most likely come to extenuating circumstances where your commission will not be completed in a reasonable manner. If payment was sent before the final product it will be sent back to you.
☆ - Rules/TOS may be updated every so often, I will post a forum update if that happens. <3
