Why would one ignore a trade like this? They're both on our wishlist. Both rats are for trade. They're both rare. They're even from the same litter. WHY? I swear, it's so rare that people care to answer your trade, I get surprised when they do. But this..

But why the heck do you sent that as a "Trade" not a "Suggestion"? o_o

Well, kind sir, if you don't want people abusing your so kind and generous nature, send it as a Suggestion instead of an acceptable Trade in future, hm?

Seriously, that's like telling Tess you'll get her banned if she takes your pets.
And, yeah, there is a Suggestion option just to the right of the Trade option for a reason.
I'm just gonna hazard a guess but I'll be the reason "It" wouldn't let them have anything is because they were probably offering nonsense on a Wish List locked group?

Thy had full sets of store pets. Not that it would have been even 10% fair, but still.
