It could be a UR...(dunno, I didn't look it up, though it looks vaguelly familiar). Regardless, I'd say wait until it's fully grown or you can find it/get confirmation it's an OMGSR. They could be trying to jip you and I doubt they'd trade back if that turns out to be the case. Safest bet is always just to wait until it's fully grown and has a rarity, in my opinion.
