Is this fair? If not, should I ask them to add some stuff to their side? They sent it with this message:

Would you like to trade? :3 I can offer more, if you'd like~

Also, I think you should take this into account: I like rats, all of those pets they offered are on my wishlist and I really dislike horses.

That is a very rare Christmas 2008 Tess Horse (which are really sought after by a lot of people), if that helps you out =3
