(the half PPS is a strawberry PPS)
if I removed the Light-faced Growing October and added a light leopard instead, would it be fair for a target dog? I dont know how big the gap is between the dogs.

it would be unfair to quantity/Light Leopard side then, in my opinion. the target is right above the leopard rarity wise.

How could I cut this down?
They said that they want offers on those pets and in return they offered those, so how could I cut some down on my side and their side to make that fair to both of us?

extremely unfair to you. definently take out the Grinners, Pink Striped, Desert Swirl PPS, and Rose dog. and the rest all depends on what they would prefer to have from you, as a bunch more still needs to come out... xD

I'd suggest maybe taking four or five out max.
