I think that it is Unfair to the cat. Other than that it's fair.

Unfair to you, going by the cats' adoption dates. If the fact that theirs is an advent adds to the value (not sure if it does), then it'd be okay. I'd recommend getting a second opinion though. ^^

Who was this trade unfair to, and by how much?

Edit:
And in reference to the trades above.. Pretty sure the birthday cat on the bottom was rare long before the sunback cat.. So it would be unfair to the bottom based off of that.
Not 100% sure though.
