.. i keep getting horrible offer of my Galaxy and Toxic pup.. why every oen tryes to "scamm" me them out or do they think i don't know what theyre worth sight

why they just cant offer fair.. ohwell migth i need to lock them to not trading at all.. (theyre now locked only whislist pets and the red dog was in my whislist)

And 99% of them go ''ooooh, we didnt know, Sry, we thought it was uncommon''

......It was members from 2008-2009 and you where willing to pay rare for a 'uncommon'?

Oh I think you mean A Scammer Lol. Yeah You spelt Scammer with an extra so R so I got confused. Yeah my 18th pets are saftly locked away. :3

Technically that's not scamming - scamming is actually lying to someone about the pet's value, like saying their pet is a common when it's a rare, or saying the pet being offered will be rare when it's actually common. ;3 Just offering a very poor trade or not offering at all so the unsuspecting new player will ask for less than their pet is worth, that's called ninja trading. Scamming as defined in this post is not allowed at all and is reportable (and on repeat offenses, bannable), so if you see someone actually lying outright to someone about the value of their pet, please report them.

On the subject, I've been working on ninja-proofing new players who have valuable 18th pets. X3 I hunt down the ones who got the newborn pets most likely to be targetted and let them know exactly what the newborn is and what it's worth, with a link to the Fair Trade thread and advice not to accept trades without checking them first. I think of it as anti-ninjaing; so far, I've anti-ninjaed two zebras, a Malk dragon, a tribal, a moondog, a banana, an UR dog, and some more I can't recall. ^^ Hopefully that'll keep at least a few people from unknowingly trading their valuable pets for a pittance.
