Because others like it have grown up. So out of them, that is the only PPS, plus the markings stay on after they grow. That non grown is a PPS.

But is a PPS worth more than an adult? will it be rare too?

They're worth the same since they're all rare and they're all from the same litter. Just because its PPS, doesn't mean it's rarer.

Unfair to you. Cancel out the 2 Halloween dog rare, and the 2 Easter rares and they are paying a '09 pony which turned rare a few months ago (not worth much), a '10 cat that just turened rare (popular, but still not worth a lot), and a '11 rare rat (again, not a popular rare) for your '09 dog and your '10 Halloween dog (which is very popular) so yeah. Unfair to you. I feel the need to explain stuff overmuch XP
