Store pets are easier to obtain. However, the pet that you have listed is also a very easy to obtain pet and therefore is not worth a Store pet. There really is no set value on Store pets, but a general rule is that they are worth a lot when they are first released, become more common once the craze dies down, and then slowly regain their value as time passes.
