Actually..it does matter. Because if you go around telling that store pets are worth less then what they actually are worth, people will get ripped off.
Because they cost real money, they are worth 09 rares. Late 09's. Saying they are not worth what they are worth can result in people trading them for bad offers

Yes, people offer '09 rares for them, doesn't mean it's worth that.

Since you have your pm's disabled, i'd like to post it here. I'm a mini-mod at the "How much is this pet worth" thread and i follow all rarity changes quite closely. I've been reading up on the store horses and all store pets went for 09 late rares, from the start.

Each store horse is worth about a mid 09 rare, set is about one of the card dogs (not the joker)
As found on said thread. This answer was found multiple times. I'd say it's safe to conclude that infact they are worth an mid/late 09 rare
