I'd say unfair to them considering their offering 09' rares for some 10' and 11' uncommons.

Actually, no. Current store pets are worth an '10 rare. It goes onto being '09 rare when it's no longer available.

I'm sorry but...new released store pets have always been worth a late 09 rare. Due to the fact that they are bought with real money. The older ones are worth earl 09's, sometimes even late 08's.

Actually..it does matter. Because if you go around telling that store pets are worth less then what they actually are worth, people will get ripped off.

Because they cost real money, they are worth 09 rares. Late 09's. Saying they are not worth what they are worth can result in people trading them for bad offers .
