I've always wondered why leaving a message is such a big deal? Yes, leaving message like "Thank you" and such are nice, especially when you gifted them something, but other than that I don't see why is it so important. :/

I remember I got screamed at for not leaving a message and they told me to read their trade rules (which they didn't add that in their trade rules); this is why I feel uncomfortable whenever I trade with someone and I feel like I must add a message, even if I don't have anything to say at all.

I prefer people leaving a message because it's a sign of resect to the person recieving the trade to have a polite message awaiting them. I'll use Google Translate if I don't understand them. That will be where I'll go out of my way to be polite back.


Rant: disrespectful traders. x.x they leave it unfair, and if you edit, they tell you off or change it again with no means as to why.

Rant 2: If you don't want it, take 2 minutes to remove all the pets you have or don't want from your wishlist. -.-

That's true, but I really dislike it when people make a huge fuss about it and cancel the trade because they didn't add a trade message.

In my eyes, sending a fair trade is sort of a form of respect and I suppose being polite.

AAARRGHH! That pet isn't for trade! I state in my rules ANY pet that isn't in the trade groups is date swap only! Gosh,how hard ARE rules to read?!

I confess, I am like this. I will cancel any trade if the person doesnt leave a message. Its an OCD thing with me(as it is with almost everything I do). I hate when there is no message. It just seems rude to me -shrugs- I dont know. Its just one of those things that annoys me, but thats just me =/

I love when people get angry at you for "not reading" their rules...especially when you CAN'T because the type is so long/large/oddly-colored for you to read. I'd rather get yelled at than have to sit through that and read them. @.@ Usually, it isn't worth it anyways.

I also love it when someone sends you a trade suggestion with a polite message asking you to accept...but it's a only suggestion. You send it back with a kind message saying that it's fine and they write a mean message back about how "unfair" it is, even though you were overpaying in the first place... :c Is there no hope?

I hate that. when people put down any and every rare pet, and complain of not getting trades in their rules. all they have are commons and uncommons. their groups are wishlist locked, and they have no commons or uncommons on their wishlist, even if it's obvious that they need them.
