Not all of them. But the dogs does and the rats almost every month (since we have artists now, they'll change every month certainly).

You can adopt a set amount of each pet. I think that it varies from pet to pet. The adoption center will let you know as soon as you hit the limit. I believe that you can trade more of those pets even if you have passed the limit though.

Um esxuse me but can anyone tell me how to get accserories for my pets becuse i only came here yesturday and i have loads of pets already and they look a bit plain without accssesories so please can you give me some help?

Items were available on christmas and valentine. Since they're not tradeable yet, you have to wait till they'll be given out next time.
