I have had this trade sitting for awhile and if i understand their message right, they claimed i need to add a pps from the range of the one on the top left. I'm not sure I agree with that rare being on my side.

This is a guess, because I will do trades like that but most people wont.
My thoughts on it are that it really depends on what pets the common/uncommon side is offering. It could be roughly fair, but it really comes down to which pets are being offered.
