Would love some advice on this one.
I sent the offer; since I didn't know how it is.
I kinda feel it's overpay on my side; but I'm unsure.

If it is, what needs to be added to the unfair side?

Fair/Unfair to Top/Bottom? What needs to be added?
I am mostly inactive / have quit Chickensmoothie as a whole. ; w ;
It has been a fun many years, but I no longer have the interest to login here much.
