Might I suggest rewording that rule? Because as it is it's not a Rule, it's a suggestion, you say so yourself in it. I Suggest you lock the group and not complain about it over and over again. So the people who do complain aren't breaking a rule, they are simply ignoring your suggestion. If you word it more like, either lock the group or stop complaining about it, then it becomes a genuine rule.

Just to clear up any confusion people might have when reading the rules is all.
