Exactly, it's either fair to the top or not but there needed to be one answer, as you've now decided upon otherwise users are confused, as the user in question has stated she was, if you're looking for an answer "It's fair or unfair" whether it's to one side or the entire trade is confusing. As for anger I don't see how there was any, I said please when it came to not confusing users, that's all.
