-mumblegrumble- A person sent me This Suggestion a few days ago. Now, of course, I'm like *woohoo* inside my head, but they left NO MESSAGE!!! They are not COPPA'd and I know they have been on this game for quite some time. So, I PMed them asking what they wanted in trade; as I cannot read their mind, and they must want something big for that kind of trade.

No answer.

So, two days later (and I know they have been off and on the site since my PM) I send their suggestion back to them just the way it is with a polite message asking what it was they wanted in return for such a trade, and another reminder that I can't read their mind.

Again, I know they've been on and off the site since then, but they STILL have not responded to me at all. -grrr- Why tempt me with such an awesome suggestion and then ignore me?!?! /rant

I thought this was a reasonable trade, except that I only had one of that dress and didn't want to trade...it's rantworthy though because of the message:

Hi! Want to trade? I think this is fair myself.

Maybe I'm being cynical but I don't like people voicing their opinion of a trade in the trade itself. That just seems rude. It doesn't matter what you think of it, it matters what /I/ think of it. >.<

Actually... What you just said is kind of rude.
It DOES matter what the other person thinks of it; because if you sent them a trade YOU thought was fair but they didn't think was fair then you basically just said they should accept it anyways, because you think it's fair...
I may have misunderstood what you were trying to say, but that's what it sounded like to me and that seems more rude than the message...

And I don't quiet understand how them saying they thought the trade was fair was rude...They could just be saying that they thought it was fair to show you what they consider a fair trade if you chose to edit. I do that all the time, I say I think the trade is fair but ask them to edit it if it's not fair to them.

And actually, that trade was unfair to THEM. Either way you look at it (as them offering the 2010 rat for the item set or the horse) it's still unfair to them; it might be rat they were offering but the rat alone would have been worth the horse and the item set just because it's from 2010.
