And the only difference between the border collie and the 2nd gen are the star on the bum. The way I see it, there were next to no markings to work with, as well as next to no items save the coontail's collar, and the collar on the pup is actually a different style of collar, or at least it doesn't seem to be the same lineart as always, so there are slight changes as it is. XD I don't know, I just don't see how, when all things considered, this is any different to any of the others. I was expecting at least two pups looking like their parents, as I do believe this is the norm, so people being so shocked and continuously pointing out something that is so common in 2nd gens just makes no sense to me. ^^'

Well that's right, but I believe these are much more similiar than normal xD

They may seem more similar than normal, but the pallet is all grays, so it's hard to do otherwise.
Just saying, there's nothing extremely special about this particular litter unless you're clowesia.

Well everyone sees them in their own way, but in my eyes these are really similar markings x3

I'm still a bit confused, because I don't see where the deep, brown color on the fur comes from, nor from whom they inherited their dark eyes. I'm not saying they're not beautiful, but because I had to high expectations to this litter, I guess I'm feeling a bit disappointed. But that's a part of the job when making 2nd gens - to make a new twist on it?

I still believe
It's you and me 'til the end of time

When we collide we come together
If we don't we'll always be apart
I'll take a bruise, I know you're worth it
When you hit me, hit me h a r d

'Cause you said love was letting us go against what
Our future is for many of horror

The artist mentioned she/he took some artistic license with the second gens to come up with something new :)

You could also argue that perhaps the parents had some 'inherited' traits, perhaps not dominant genetics (or indeed dominant traits that were not visible by chance on them), that were from their non-existant parents, and they have passed on through their pups. Just a thought, perhaps, maybe my mind works in strange ways.

Aha that makes more sense than this little argument. xD

LOL I think we are all getting a little to technical with the whole "CS breeding" stuff. xD
