I'd say unfair to you, as, at most, the store pet would only be worth an 09 rare (and probably not one in a huge demand when it comes to just one store pet)

I'm not certain, but I think even with 100 CS being added, it might be a bit unfair to me still. But because of the VR horse, I have to ask. Would this be fair to both of us?

That first trade is incredibly unfair to you. that green rat is worth around a blue/pink balloon dog.. Not sure what needs to be added, I will need to look into it. If you would give me a little bit I can figure it out :3

Also, would it be a fair trade if I removed the grinner and the green rat? Or removed both rats instead of the Grinner?

My best guess would be to remove the Grinner and the Green Rat; Doing this would be a better choice for both sides since the Grinner is worth a September on its own ^^

I think it's unfair to them. Don't think the PeaPS is worth THAT much even due to the demand.
