I'm not certain, but I think even with 100 CS being added, it might be a bit unfair to me still. But because of the VR horse, I have to ask. Would this be fair to both of us?
If not, what would need to be removed/added?

That first trade is incredibly unfair to you. that green rat is worth around a blue/pink balloon dog.. Not sure what needs to be added, I will need to look into it. If you would give me a little bit I can figure it out :3

Also, would it be a fair trade if I removed the grinner and the green rat? Or removed both rats instead of the Grinner?

My best guess would be to remove the Grinner and the Green Rat; Doing this would be a better choice for both sides since the Grinner is worth a September on its own ^^

It's correct the first time (though, the second one is more correct, truthfully, as we're able to just click it, but not the other one after someone quotes you). And I'd say it's at least close to fair, but I'm not entirely certain because the malk dragon is in demand, and may turn rare soon (In like one or two months, maybe), and the demand would probably not fall. So you should get another opinion.

How much does one need to add to a line tribal to be fair for a green toxic? Generally is fine, but specific pets would really help.

I'd say unfair to you, as, at most, the store pet would only be worth an 09 rare (and probably not one in a huge demand when it comes to just one store pet)
