That seems extremely fair to me, but the demand of the Non-Coon may be over-ruling my opinion. Possibly try adding an '08 Advent pet to the Toxic and Sorbet side ^^

I'm not certain, but I think even with 100 CS being added, it might be a bit unfair to me still. But because of the VR horse, I have to ask. Would this be fair to both of us?
If not, what would need to be removed/added?

Also, found the rares list thought my bid was unfair to me, so what do I need to add to make this fair?

That first trade is incredibly unfair to you. that green rat is worth around a blue/pink balloon dog.. Not sure what needs to be added, I will need to look into it. If you would give me a little bit I can figure it out :3

The second, I would say another 08 rare, like the pastel dogs.

It is unfair to the top side, soooo I would suggest you remove the '10 pets ^^
(Only because the Easter Dogs aren't exactly THAT much value :3)

The Non-Balloon is worth a Line Tribal, which is equivalent to a great amount of '08 Advents ^^
Since the Timberwolf (high in demand ATM)is settled at the top their, I'd have to say fair to both sides(:
