I know this might not be fair, so what do I need to add for it to be fair?

I'm not certain, but I think even with 100 CS being added, it might be a bit unfair to me still. But because of the VR horse, I have to ask. Would this be fair to both of us?
If not, what would need to be removed/added?

I'd say the first is still best. The angel advent is worth a blue rose, and I think that's the biggest pet in the first bid. But you should still get more opinions.
