The Rares List has just been updated and the Grey Dragon is now on it in the September section
It's right above the Blue Rose. So I think your offer's not bad but I'm not good with adding up pet values so you'll want another opinion.

I think the Liontail is worth a mid 08 advent, which means your 08 Cake dog is worth far more than their side.

For Mid 08 advent, I think it's around the Hollyfox dog batch.

Since that Draft is more of a common Rare, and the Mutant Dragon Dog is in demand, I''m going to say unfair to you. The gap between the years doesn't help at all either.
