This? I'm fairly sure it isn't fair, so would adding a Kiss PPS to the top side make it fair if the Draft horse was removed?

Yeap. It is unfair to you. However, I think a Kiss PPS would be an extreme overpay. The Kiss is worth around a September - The only dog from the Devil litter worth even close to that is the PPS. :3 I'm unsure what you would actually need to add, though.

Hm, then what about switching out the Devil dog for the '08 Halloween Cat and adding the Kiss?

I'm not that great with rat rarities, but do I think this is unfair for you. Even though the rats are not worth as much as dogs, that green critter is still St. Patrick's day special. Getting a second opinion would be a good idea, though. C:
