I would believe so. Good PPS is extremely hard to get a hold of and is expected to go VR along with it's sibling soon. Get another opinion though.

Hmm...

Well, one of the advents listed may make this fair demand(-) + rarity(+) wise but as far as what the rat is *actually* worth, I'm not certain of. It's not one of the rarer rats from that month and not nearly as sought as others from around the same time. I would get a second opinion on actual worth.

Aye, unfair to you. Store dogs are worth a decent 09 rare or 4ish (give or take depending on common uncommon vs rare uncommon) 09 uncommons.
