Talking about the store pets... I also had a rather bad experience with them just a few minutes before. <___<
This person wanted 2 rare '09 Equi horses, and offered me a bunch of common/uncommon '11 pets. I cancelled telling them that I wasn't interested. Then they PMed me to ask me to look through their pets to see if there was anything I liked. I saw that they had store pets, so I told them that those dogs were the only pets I was interested from their account.
They PM me back, saying they would buy one for BOTH Equis PLUS some other pets of mine. I was like "er... no. My pets are over an year older than yours, and those store pets aren't really worth that much." They PMed me back saying they send another trade, and that I should check it out.
I got
this from them. At this point, I was getting slightly annoyed, but not much. I cancelled and I explained in PM why I did so. They used the 'I'm a newbie' excuse and seemed dissapointed we couldn't make a deal, so I thought it would end there.
It didn't. They asked me half an hour later if I would take the offer I linked above. I told them no. They replied with a "Ok. Nevermind." Yet again, I thought it would end there. But it didn't. A few minutes later, I got
this, with "This is my last offer" as a trade message. (It seemed to me that it was a rather smug message, but that might just be me.)
