Guardians of Gahoole owls?

They really look like the right species...

Seeing as the Guardians are based of real owls and are real owl species I am thinking that they are just normal owls.

The certain kinds of owls that are in that litter are [almost] the gang from Ga'Hoole. I thought it too when I first saw them. ^-^ There's no gray owl though [Twilight]. The snowy could be either Boron or Barran and the great horned could be Bubo. And I'm only guessing this one is Digger because of the white fluffs above his eyes. Oh, well. Those outcomes are very beautiful regardless <3 -cough cough- I'm such an owl freak -cough cough-

Just saying, that owl is definitely not Digger, for Digger is a burrowing owl, and they look nothing like that.

Just wanted to post that, even if they aren't G of G owls the isn't a burrowing owl.

This one has a heart near her eye, on her cheek. :)

The eyes are slightly closed; she looks a little bored. Reminds me of the Shima Longtail, except that the difference on this months pup is very subtle, unlike on the Shima.

A sun on his leg, and heart on cheek.


Dots are bigger, and heart on cheeks.


The pink is really the odd one out, because its markings are much different, and its eyes aren't the same color as its fur like the others. It has blue eyes. Also, a heart on its chest.

Also, the whole litter has white noses.

That owl is a spectacled owl. They live in South America.
