I agree with this- my rose dog in trades gets offers ALL THE TIME. They're in very high demand, I think.

No no no no!! Do NOT accept this!! This person is trying to SCAM you!!
#1 - You don't even know what the rarity of the store pet is yet, so don't let this person be greedy.
#2 - Even if the store pet was a rare or very rare, store pets are NOT worth normal rares or very rares, considering that anyone who is willing to pay money can get one (that makes them pretty common, actually).
#3 - I cannot stress enough that this is bad for you!! This trade is very unfair on your side. I would wait a little longer to see what the rarity might be, and then offer them WAY LESS in return. Considering that a very rare store pet is barely worth an '11 rare, please consider you choices.

I might ask for a BIT more, considering that the Tess horse is from earlier in the year, but if not, yeah, that looks pretty fair.
