No, it's unfair to the green swirl dog as it has been rare for quite a bit longer.

Meant that the other dogs in the offer aren't needed, since the swirl dog is already good enough. But to be honest, yes, the swirl dog is a bit rarer than the camo dog - but the difference isn't that big at all. If it really has to be 100% fair to both sides, then of course something should be added to the camo dog offer. But the swirl dog is still a more common outcome of it's litter, the only one that is much rarer than the rest is the watermelon dog.
