I agree with the merges and with removing the uncommon categories. I want to add a thought though: The Valentine's quiver is not as sought after as the arrow, is it? If the answer is yes (I'm not entirely sure because I weren't here for that time), that they are placed in one row together, does this mean they're only worth an early 09 rare together?
Because I think that the arrow would match an early 09 rare alone.

Edit (after SabjeBammie's post): Of course, the 2010 rares! I haven't thought about that but I agree to move some items from the previous 2009 uncommon section to there. (I hope my input is somewhat helpful, feel free to correct me or shut me up. xD)

I agree with removing the 2009 uncommon sections. They should all have been moved up, or brought to the 2010 rare category.

The values are based on demand and rarity. The ones from 2009 are much harder to find then the 2011 items.
Another point to keep in mind, is that people who collect items often have their items locked.
And ofcourse not everyone uses items...

Those are all facts we need to keep in mind by deciding where to place an item on the list.

To be honest I had a much harder time to get the 09 Store Christmas Jacket & Pants (Full Set), than the 09 easter eggs, (as opposed to have to trade separate for the jacket and pants, and so shelling out in sum 2 early 09 rares for them ) I just got rather easy by the search for the store jacket and pants 2 "accidental" 09 easter animal eggs for 2 mid 09 rares.

tl;tr version:
I would either place the eggs together with the store set in the early 09 rare section, or together in the 08 section. But I personally don't have the feeling that either of those items belong in the 08 category. I lean more towards the 09 rare placement.

10 Store Christmas Winter Scarf:
I would value them at a mid or late 09 rare, they where not that expensive in the store then, and there are still plenty around. I still see many of those scarfs in the item groups of other players.

We got those eggs again in 2010, and thus there are a ton of them around, I would value them at a 2010 uncommon each single egg, and a early 2010 rare for a full set of them.

Just my experience with those items, if someone has other opinions about it, please let us know.

Also something unimportant, I looked in the item archive for the "semi custom" items, but they show not up, so I am not really sure if I am just blind or they are really considered unofficial items?

I had a tough time finding the jacket & pants too, I traded for the pants separately but then got a pair of them after that. Some of the 09 animal eggs seemed easy to get but the last two were really tough. Both I got were tied into main rares list swaps. I suppose I could move them back down to the early 09 rare category though. If you can find one you could probably pay that much, it's just the finding that's the hard bit.

I found the scarves a bit tough to find (for trade) but then ended up with extras at the end of it so, there are a fair amount around. So I can leave them at mid 09 rare for now if we don't feel they should go up in value. I don't think them worth more than the store jacket & pants set as they are more common, so it's probably better that way.

Re the eggs, I didn't know they were rereleased (I wasn't here for either of those Easters) so I'll move them down to 2010 each.

The semi custom items weren't released to the mainstream (except the chicken o's flags for contest participants but only a tiny handful of those were released) so they aren't actual archived items, they are indeed customs. That'd be why they aren't in the archives. The DIY Cake Set is in there though because a couple hundred of them were released and the contest was on the main page rather than in a forum thread.

About Medevial sets: maybe they should be separated?
For example archer set has 17 items, each item isn't worth mid '11 uncommon also whole set is worth a little bit more than one '11 uncommon.
Usually people sell quiver, arrows, bow and target together - it's 8 items, it could be one '11 uncommon as a set and then shirts together would be a second. Same about wizard, puppy knight suits and princess sets.
Or at least move it to 2x mid '11 uncommon.
