I've never heard of a magpie bird before, but they are very pretty birds! c:
Darn, I only have 3 ungrown magpie puppies now, the others have grown tonight...

The magpie poem was the first real rhyme I'd ever heard, and I heard it when I was around eight or nine; Mother never told us rhymes, so it fascinated me.
While I like this outcome, it's not my personal favourite. :3
