Personally, I would say unfair to the dog. Although I'm not 100% since the dragon was only available for a short period of time. I've seen quite a lot of them around recently available for trade though. Get a second opinion.

I think the Dragon side should add something little. 2009 Uncommon maybe.
It really depends on the user, there are many who would hardly over pay for them. But I would say it's unfair to the dog side.
