The pps dragon goes for 2-3 nons generally (as seen here c:)
While the flamingo is 2-2.5 nons fairly consistently (here. more on the 2 non side), but their demand is much lower. It is hard to trade them off so unless it is a collection pet, I wouldn't take it. I hope this helps!
