my brother is stressed about whether or not this is a fair trade in case we get kicked for using the same laptop. i wanted to overpay cus it's a gift really but he's scared it's gonna get us in trouble. i used the how much is this worth in c$ thread is it ok?

They’re a perfectly fair swap. They’re only a month apart (Jan ‘10 vs Dec. ‘09), and neither has any special demand that I’m aware of. If anything, their side may be regarded a bit more favorably, because it’s a true date instead of a rerelease (even though that doesn’t affect rarity, many people prefer true dates so their pets are in order).
