Technically very unfair to them, if you go by year.
A 2017 very common would be worth 12 very commons from 2023 if you use the 2:1 rule.
However, considering these pets are relatively common, and quantity between more common pets gets ridiculous very fast:
I'd say adding 2 more 2023 very commons would make it look a little bit better.

Very unfair to the Grinner.
They get 2 ma, and their side offers roughly 0.5 ma due the extremely low demand of rats.
As active trader for rats I have never seen these rats getting more than 2 09 rares.
