It's hard to say for sure without knowing rarities, but token bats USUALLY end up rare. Assuming that both token bats end up rare, the second trade feels a lot more fair to me. Is the second trade fair by the "2:! rule"? No, it's not. But that rule never made sense, and it makes even less sense now that we have more defined rarities.

Some people have started moving to a "3 year rule", where recent pets within 3 years can swap. That would make just one of their bats (assuming it ends up rare), fair for yours. Even if both bats end up as EUC, it would still be more than fair to the top. But yeah, if you still use the "2:1 rule" (which I do not recommend) then the second trade is unfair to you.

Using the "2:1 rule" to move between rarities (I don't use it for dates), it's definitely unfair to you. Your ER would be worth at LEAST 8 EUCs, and their side doesn't add up to that. And that's ignoring dates completely. When you factor in the fact that all of their pets are younger than yours, it's definitely unfair. Rats don't have the best demand, but neither do the pets they're offering. I wouldn't accept.
