Springbok Bwolf = Low Advent = 0,5 MA. The candies are each worth a Low-Main Advent and Totoro is worth at least an MA (Popular Items). Not 100% sure about the Hens but I think it's worth about a 2009 rare.

In short it's unfair to you and there's an item collector out there who will pay the right amount

I would not take it since 2010 (very) rares are still much more valuable than a couple 2018 rares.

1) Tan Light Faced Advent Rat = 0,5 MA = 3-4 '09 R. They're making a pretty good offer for what the rat used to go for. It is one of the new OMGSRs so the 0,5 MA may be inaccurate now but regardless I think that is a good offer

2) 5 2017 Stores = 2 '09 R/ea = 10 '09 R = high end 1 MA. The bulk isn't really good imo.. I think the 3 '09 VRs is fair for three of the stores but the bulk doesn't cover the remaining two.

Demand wise your overpaying, the Astrology sign dogs are worth ALOT! I’ve seen auctions for them before and a full set can really get a ton of good pets. I’d suggest cancelling as it’s not fair to you.
