Here's how I personally would do the rarity math, but everyone is different!
2021 uncommon *2 = 1 2020 uncommon
2021 common
2020 uncommon *4 = 2 2019 uncommons = 1 2018 uncommon
2020 common * 3 = 2019 common and 2020 common
2019 common
2017 uncommon
2017 common *5 = 2 2016 commons = 1 2015 common, 1 2017 common
2016 very common = 2017 common
2015 uncommon *2 = 2014 uncommon

Then, i added the two 2017 commons = 1 2017 uncommon , which created a total of two 2017 uncommons or one 2016 uncommon

Adding together the italicized pets, I calculated the worth of your partners pets to be:
1 2020 uncommon, 1 2021 common, 1 2018 common, 2 2019 commons, 1 2020 common, 1 2016 uncommon, 1 2015 common, and one 2014 uncommon. All If I added all the other pets besides the 2014 pet (aka the 2 2015 uncommons added together), they wouldn't be equal to one 2014 uncommon. Therefore, this trade is unfair to you, rarity and date wise. Especially if you noticed a higher demand, which I did not account for. Sorry for the long reply, feel free to message me if you have any confusion!

Hello! As far as I am aware, your dog is a normal 2009 very rare.
They're offering 3 2010 rares, which I would personally calculate to be 1 2009 rare and 1 2010 rare (2 2010 rares = 1 2009 rare)
Therefore, I would say this trade is unfair to you by one 2010 rare.
