That is a fair trade! The Butterfly PPS is a regular 2011 VR so 2x 2011 rares is fair c:

7x '10 Rares (3ish 09' rares = 0.5 MA) + 1x 2018 Rare + 1x 2020 Store Pet ('10 Rare) + '22 Rare = 0.5 MA (3-4ish 09 rares, plus some other misc rares)

Other side

CS Bday Koi (09 VR) + '18 Rare + Yellow Dutch Bun (09 VR) = 2x 09 VR = 0.5 MA plus the '18 Rare

I'd say this is probably fair! The extra recent rares on both sides don't make or break either of the sides so I'd honesty choose which pets you prefer
