The '17 rare would be the most fair to both them and you; they'd have to add another '18 rare to compensate the worth disparity if going by the 2:1 'rule'.

Unfair to you, 2010 rares usually only get 20-25 MAYBE 30c$ if good demand.

I feel this is a bit...under? But I don't know most C$ values for recents. I mostly only ever dealt with lists and such when I was more around.
It's 15C$ for 57 pets ranging from common 2022 Christmas pets to unknown recent ones. Any help would be appreciated!

Over on their side. The amount of C$ they're offering is worth about a '10 rare, with your side being worth a '17 rare at most.

It's basically a quarter for each pet. I've seen recent uncommons being sold anywhere from 0.25 to 1.00 c$, with commons and very commons being half of that (usually some kind of 2 for 1c$ deal.)
It's tough to say, I don't think it's too off but c$ have become reallly tentative. If you feel low-balled, I would recommend negotiating the uncommons for a slightly higher amount (.5-1c$?)

9 UC
30 C = 15 UC
10 VC = 2.5 UC

26.5 UC * 0.25c$/ea = 7c$

Pretty unfair to you. The Raccoon Tail itself gets 1.5 - 2N.
Your CEG is 1.5N alone, and they want .5N + 1 MA + 2017 Store.
Even if you both valued it at 2N, they're still asking for the Phoenix Dog + Fairy Fox.

Their side is worth a little over a 2013 rare all together if you follow the 4:1 rule, which I do!
If you follow the 2:1 rule it's worth about 1.5 2012 rare.
The store pet is worth a 2011 rare so this would be unfair either way <3
