Unfair for them. As we are entering into 2023, 2020 store pets will be fetching at minimum 40c$. This set has high demand and easily sells for 50c$ plus. Either way, the pets ('17 rare + 2UC's) will fetch at most 10-12c$. So it's an underpay for the store pet

UR cat is ranks at the top end of the most wishlisted pet on CS. It ranges between 2.5-3n, but unless it is trading for older store pets, it is generally valued at 3n. The cake ranges between 1.5-2n, though it being true date you could value it at 2n. Can't add much to what Beemo has said here.

Though, an important thing to keep in mind with c$ is that, 1,000c$ is 0.5n. But at the same time, it is only 3MA, which is equivalent to 0.25n. Generally it's rare to find someone selling good demand pets at a direct price of 1n=2,000c$. Take for example, it is very rare to find someone selling a UR tess cat for even 6000c$. So be prepared for the scenario where you might end up with only 3MA with the 1,000c$.
