while technically overpay, i'd try to get another 2011 rare for it or more. personally, i've ended up getting quite the overpay for this dog for some reason, it might have some demand.

I may be mistaken, but I do not think this is fair to you at all. The blue dog is also known as the "Pale Face Aztec Dog" & is a "low advent/high October" worth .5MA-.75MA (which I think is about 3-7 '09 Rares) while the purple Tess Dragon is a basic 2009 so only worth about 2 '09 rares (according to horror's list x , x ) but even besides that the true date for the dog is March '09 & the Dragon is November '09 which would put it as younger/ outside of the 3-month rule. Unless there's some demand for tess dragons that I'm missing, or you only need that Dragon to compete a tess Dragon collection, I would personally not accept this trade as I think it's unfair to you.

Even with the store pet this is unfair to you. An older, not currently-available store pet might be a different story. Medieval Faire pets are pretty valuable even though it's only technically rare. The year gap is just too big. 12 '22 rares is closer to the value of the '11 rare dog.
