UR Pot seems to be going for around 1.5-3 nons. BEG can trade for 1-1.5 nons, so it could technically be considered fair (on the low end) although you could also get more for the pot if you wanted. Remember it doesn't have a set value/demand yet as it's a new UR so it could change a lot in the next few months

I'm a bit stuck. I got a trade for my UR Strawberry Shortcake (which happens to be my very first UR pet) for their UR Squid. I'll just quote my message I sent them:

Hello, I'm just messaging you regarding your trade. I really appreciate this offer and it's very tempting, however, since this is my first UR, I'm on the verge of indecisiveness of keeping them or not.

On the other hand, I'm trying to collect every Squid and the UR Squid is a major dream pet of mine, I am going to have to give this some thought. How long until I decide? I cannot answer that as my mind is controlling itself and it could be within 10 minutes to a couple of days.
