I would say they are overpaying because rats usually have poorer demand than PPS dogs and bunnies.

Both the UR Holly and the strawberry cake are worth 1.5 nons. Its a even swap on rarity. Although I find from seeing other trades that food URs are less valued that other URs.

Trade is fair.
Whilst store pets tend to go up in value as they age. Those foxes are worth 2010 rare each.

Unfair to the VR dog. The dog is a low oct list. Worth 3 09 rares. They are only offering 2 09 rares.
Ask for another 09 rare or just cancel.
