So I could use some advice on this. I know everyone values pets slightly different but anything I've seen usually has, for example, 2012 uncommon for 3-5 C$

As you pointed out, the answer you get will depend on who you ask. Personally, there’s absolutely no way I would accept this. Even valuing the old uncommons as 5 C$ each, this is pretty unfair to you.
