These pets for the Rose PPS?

I have on opinion that I'm overpaying by a little, and one opinion (from a user I trust) that it's unfair to the PPS. I'm hoping for another opinion ^^ If it is unfair to the Rose, what should I add?

The bottom one, I think, is pretty fair, and the top one is kind of fair. You may want to ask for one more rare dog on their part.

I'm not sure this is fair. I've been told lots about shop pets. Some say the value is low some told me it's quite high...
