Your sitting cat is a warrior, and is worth 3-4 '09 rares. The sitting cat they're offering is not a warrior, and though it has some demand, it's definitely not enough. Their side is probably only 1 '09 rare, maaaybe 2 if you really liked that sitting cat, but still not worth your warrior.

Sorta fair. The dogtag is 1.5 - 2 nons, while the UR holly dog is 1.5 nons (according to Horror's list)

They are overpaying. According to Horror's list, the '17 gryphon pps is worth 1 '09 rare, but might trade for a few more. 2012 store pets are worth 1 MA (6-9 '09 rares)

As this is my first offer with c$ I am befuddled as whether this is fair. I’m not entirely sure either, since it’s a newer event (glitch event) pet + 1 c$ for 3 halloween egg pets from 2019. And they already have one of the variants they’re asking me for (the orange egg one). And I don’t have spares/extras of these pets… whilst one of my rules is that I don’t trade singles (If I do it’s because I initiated the trade). But I just need outside perspectives on this trade, is it fair?

I've most commonly seen a 2019 uncommon go for 1 C$, which is what your side adds up to. Technically then, they're overpaying by the '22 uncommon, but it's such a small difference, and if you don't have dupes of those pets then I'd say decline.

Unfair to you. The liontail is worth 3 nons. The UR fox is 1.5 nons, and the UR butterbun is 1 non. They're off by .5 nons (5-7 MAs/50-70 '09 rares). The store Cheetah, which is worth about 2 '09 rares, would not be able to make up for the .5 nons they'd need for it to be fair.
